I recently suddenly became homeless and although had plenty of friends where I could stay for a while needed to find somewhere to live very quickly due to work and other commitments. I approached the team at Threshold who were very helpful and empathetic. They listened to my needs and quickly came up with the perfect home for me. The service was quick and professional and i was settled in my new place within a matter of days which meant the world to me. I would 100% recommend this company to any of my friends and if needed would definately use them again in the future. Either the employees of this company are really stupid or they just don't care and I sincerely hope its the latter. When you call they seem friendly enough but will just fob you off by saying 'we will give you a call back'. This call never comes, in fact the only time you get a call from them is when they need money off you.
Threshold play on the fact that you are most probably a student with little to no experience in renting a property meaning that they can get away with doing as little as possible. Honestly save yourself the stress and find a different letting agent as your potentially perfect house is not worth it if it is being let through this company. The other reviews seem to be fairly consistent with this on which is a good indicator that you should to stay away.
You may think how bad can it be and that all student property agents are like this but when I speak to others about their agencies they never seem to be anywhere near as bad as this one. Unfortunately I cannot recommend any other companies as Threshold are the only ones I have dealt with so I cannot stress enough how important it is to search around for different companies.
