- FORTISSIMOFF1 Review added: 2018.01.29★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Under the health act 2006 it is illegal to smoke cigarettes in a space more than 50% enclosed. With the addition of half walls on each car park floor this means that it's illegal to smoke here; clearly, SOMETHING THAT THE PEOPLE HERE DON'T GET. The stalls here are decent and the tea and coffee is nice, although I wouldn't recommend going if you don't want a face full of cigarette smoke and people driving at 30mph almost running you over on the lower floors.
