  Just read a review by Rachel Roberts and cannot believe her review. I was in the salon at the time and I definitely heard say "I love it, see you in a few weeks for my next toner"!!!
  
  I have been attending this salon for many years and have always been treated with respect and professionalism.
  
  On reading her other reviews she appears to want a refund for work carried out. Does she not realise how damaging and negative a review can be just to get money back.

  Thank you Amy yet again for my brilliant colour and beautiful cut! You always make me feel good about myself - I leave with a bounce in my step. I came in a few years ago with home coloured black hair and your helpful advice has seen me go from that colour to all shades of brown and blonde, a flirtation with silver grey and now I'm back to blonde. You and your colleagues are helpful and professional at all times and always make me feel I'm welcome and valued.

  Love this salon been going here for about ten years now.was thinking about trying the new silver grey colours but wasn't sure about it. Amy the stylist sat me down and gave me a professional consultation and explained in depth what she was going to do so I agreed. She advised a skin patch test as I never have coloured my hair before. I went in the next day and amy asked how the patch test had gone and it was fine. I was gowned up and well covered up.after 2 hours and 3 cups of tea I had a multi tonal silver grey with white highlights with a light ash root I absolutely love my new hair colour and can't wait to go out the weekend and show it off, I have to say that I'm not easily pleased but I love it such a lovely warm welcoming salon with professional staff. Unfortunately there are people out there who try to give businesses a bad name but an untrue essay has been written by a person who complains about all companies.people who don't have anything nice to say shouldn't be nasty and personal.people who want their hair done for free and a refund!!!!its crazy how low people will stoop to get something for free by editing pictures to make them look orange.just tacky.i wouldn’t be surprised if she tries it on with other companies as she’s tried it on with 3 different companies already.everyone beware of RACHEL ROBERTS. Serial moaner,and complainer.!!

  THIS is what happens at Herr Kutts if you ask several times, AND show them several pictures, of clean, bright, white highlights with ashy tones breaking it up so it looks natural. That's the first picture. The second picture is after their 'correction', 3 days later - and after, again, taking pictures of what you want into the salon. Bear in mind that previous to this my hair was a lovely grey ombre with silver streaks, I went in asking for a full head of white / pale highlights in order to bring the grey looking more 'blonde', as it was looking a bit dull and I wanted the tops of my head and around my face brightened / lightened up. Believe it or not BOTH members of staff stood with me next to a window and swore blond they could 'not see' any orange, heavily implying I was a neurotic, demanding, unrealistic customer. They then proceeded to 'strip' the roots (that they added! I never had ginger roots!) out of my hair, added a toner assuring me that it would make it ashy and brighten / whiten up the highlights. Everybody makes mistakes, so despite them messing it up the first time I trusted that they would be able to correct it. Clearly not. They made me feel rather unwelcome as though I were wasting their time in coming back for a 'correction', and then when said 'correction' didn't, in fact, correct it (it made it SLIGHTLY better, decide for yourself!). They 'toned' the roots and then led me back over to the mirror, where I thought a different toner would then be applied to the mid-lengths and ends, so they started drying me off and next thing, they tell me I am 'done'. They asked me how it was, but not with any true concern in their voice, and my exact answer was 'I think it's a BIT better', in other words, NOT fixed, and I definitely didn't feel, at that point, after two attempts at my hair and seeing several pictures AND several explanations as to what I wanted, at that point, I didn't even TRUST them to go back over my hair again (bear in mind my hair was bleached to a level 10 in order to go 'grey' 6 weeks ago, followed by a whole head of - yes, you guessed it - BLEACH highlights only three days prior), PLUS stripper and now two rounds of toner. So there was that, plus the fact that they'd already had me in front of the mirror saying they 'couldn't see what I was talking about' PRIOR to 'fixing' it, was there any point in trying to 'show' them, again, what they were adamant they couldn't see? WORSE - I messaged them on Facebook about being unhappy with the correction, and asked for a refund in light of above to - hopefully - be able to get it fixed elsewhere in a few weeks time (I need to let my hair recover, right?) only to find they had BLOCKED me from posting a message to them after receiving an extremely unprofessional reply that I left the salon with 'beautiful' hair and that 'I said it was lovely!" So on top of being incompetent, they are liars! I'd also like to point out here not once did they perform a 'patch' test before applying any colour to my hair. I wouldn't have posted my review online if they had not of 'blocked' me when I requested a refund - a legitimate request, I'm sure you'll agree - but having acted so unprofessionally have left me with no choice. I shall be seeking to reclaim my money through other means as I did NOT pay over £100 for someone to make me orange.
