There was one downfall- (sorry admiral) we also enquired three times regarding pet insurance to be informed that they dont do pet insurance - clearly they havent seen the online advert for pet insurance ! We eventually got through to someone who knew about admirals pet insurance though.....perhaps more advertising of training of staff needed in this area.Not bad considering everything else was sorted.
